If for any reason you are not happy with your order we can make a refund. Returns are only accepted for original-perfect conditions items as received by you; sealed, unused Contact Lenses and unworn spectacle frames.
The procedure is the following:
- Contact us as soon as you receive your order to let us know you would like to return it back.
- The items must be returned back within 20 days of your email, at your own cost.
- We advise you to send your order back safely in a good package and with a traceable method as we will not be responsible for any damaged or missing shipments.
- Once we receive your items as mentioned on the above points, we will email you to arrange the refund.
- Refunds will be proceeded as soon as possible and within 10 working days, to the account/card used when the order was placed.
Note: Items on sale or clearance and special orders cannot be returned.
